DETAILED GEOLOGY OF DIAMOND DRILLING JANUARY 2021

A Zone

GK20-032 (EOH 390 m) geochemisty indicated the drill hole stopped short of the Fe-Mg tholeiite contact in the previous drilling campaign. This hole was extended in the 2021 program and crossed the A Zone DZ from 414 to 421 m, intersecting anomalous gold grades of 0.145 g/t Au over 1 m.

GK21-035A was drilled in the central/east part of A Zone and targeted the A Zone DZ below hole GF92-17 (4.67 g/t over 7.6 m) at about 300 m depth.  A wide shear zone was intersected at the target depth that returned gold grades of 0.49 g/t over 10.8 m with included mineralized lengths of 1.34 g/t Au over 0.80 m, 0.93 g/t Au over 1.0 m and 0.80 g/t Au over 3.0 m. GK21-035 was drilled to 157 m when down hole survey data indicated a sudden change in drilling direction that was deviating the hole from its target.  The hole was stopped and restarted as GK-21-35A.

GK21-036 was drilled through the western extent of A Zone and targeted the Val1-style mineralization (tension/extension fracture filling) in GK20-028 and the A Zone DZ to the west of this hole.  Val1-style mineralization was intersected near the top of the hole, 1.48 g/t Au over 1.15 m.  An A Zone FW shear was intersected and returned 3.85 g/t Au over 3.80 m. Although the A Zone DZ is 10 m wide in this hole, it returned only anomalous gold results of 0.43 g/t Au over 1.90 m.

GK21-037A represented a 50 m step out to the west and while the hole did intersect a 50 m wide shear and altered zone, only anomalous gold grades were intersected (0.31 g/t Au over 1.0 m and 0.46 g/t Au over 1.0 m).  GK21-037 was drilled to 55.0 m but was restarted due to deviation – technical challenges.

GK21-038 is a 100 m stepout to the east of previous drill holes and was drilled towards the south due to topographic restrictions.  This hole intersected the A Zone DZ at the top of the hole over 6 m with no anomalous mineralization.  An A Zone FW shear of over 40 m  was intersected 70 m further down the hole with anomalous gold mineralzation, 0.66 g/t over 2.5 m.

GK21-039 and GK21-040 are 50 m and 100 m stepouts to the east at about 60 m elevation below surface and 150 m above GK20-032.  Hole GK21-039 intersected Val1-style mineralization near the top of the hole (4.52 g/t Au over 1.5 m) and A Zone FW shear hosted mineralization at 140 m down the hole (1.10 g/t Au over 1.40 m).  While shear zones were found over 20 m in GK21-39 and 25 m in GK21-40 in the A Zone DZ contact area, only anomalous gold grades were present.

GK20-042 is a 250 m step-out to the east and planned to test the projection of the Mg-Fe Tholeiite contact coincident with an IP anomaloy and NNW trending magnetics anomaly.  Strongly sheared and carbonate-sericited altered volcanics were intersected in the A Zone DZ area over 13 m and anomalous gold values were encountered (0.197 g/t Au over 1.0 m).

GK21-043 was drilled to intersect Val1-style mineralization found in GK21-028 and the A Zone DZ.  Three intersections of Val1-style mineralization include: 1.56 g/t Au over 1.5 m; 1.29 g/t Au over 1.0 m; and 3.61 g/t Au over 1.3 m.  The A Zone DZ was intersected over 30 m with the best intersection reporting 1.07 g/t Au over 1.80 m.

GK21-044 drilled 60 m to the south of GK21-043 and ran through 248 m of an apparent late, massive quartz-feldspar porphyry followed by about 20 m of altered and fractured volcanics with no significant results.  The A Zone DZ intersection is 18 m long and returned gold grades over two lengths: 1.12 g/t Au over 7.5 m; and 1.2 g/t Au over 4.55 m.

GK21-045 was drilled to target the eastern edge of high grade, 30 m to the east of GK19-018.  The A Zone DZ was intersected over 23 m down the hole with gold mineralization of 3.74 g/t Au over 6.80 m.

GK21-41 intersected Fe-tholeiite volcanic rocks with associated quartz feldspar porphyries and intermediate to mafic dykes.  Gold mineralization is hosted within the volcanics with 1% to 5% quartz-carbonate stringers returned 6.68 g/t Au over 3.0 m (Photo 2)
